| Our Profile As patent attorneys and representatives admitted both before the European Patent Office and before the Office for the Harmonisation of the Internal Market (trademarks, designs, models), we are working in the areas of patent, utility model, design patent, and trademark protection, i.e. in all fields of legal protection of industrial property rights. Our activities comprise preparing, obtaining, defending, and enforcing the above-mentioned protective rights. Our activity profile is completed by our competence in copyright, law on competition, and law on employee inventions. The access to all relevant databases as well as close contacts to professional researchers optimize our work in the field of procurement and facilitation of information, in particular of preparing, carrying out and following up searches. Furthermore, we have a worldwide network of foreign correspondent attorneys at our disposal, so that we will remain your contact for your protective rights in foreign countries, too. Our patent attorneys and lawyers are joined by specialized assistants, most of whom have been trained in our office. A staff of engineers having a technical background as well as an internal additional qualification as patent engineers, complete our professional team of consultants. |
